Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the EFlash Sticker mobile application and related public web pages that we make available for the service.
By using EFlash Sticker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Service description
EFlash Sticker allows users to browse selected public sticker packs, create and organize personal sticker packs, edit compatible sticker assets, acquire digital EFlash packs, and use authorized stickers from the private local catalog through supported features such as the EFlash sticker IME and Android floating window. Content can be inserted or shared with compatible third-party apps and services.
2. Eligibility and account use
EFlash Sticker is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the app only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account or guest session. When you use a supported sign-in method, you must use accurate credentials and keep access to your account reasonably secure.
Your EFlash account, sign-in credentials, and the digital entitlements associated with it are strictly personal to you. You must not share them with a third party or allow another person to use your account to access or restore acquired packs. Restoration is limited to devices that you own or control.
3. License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use EFlash Sticker for personal, lawful use in accordance with these terms.
A valid one-time purchase grants the same limited personal license for the acquired pack while the corresponding entitlement remains valid. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the pack or allow its resale, redistribution as a standalone collection, or commercial exploitation outside the normal supported EFlash experience.
You agree not to:
- use the app in violation of applicable law or platform policy
- create, store, or distribute illegal, infringing, hateful, abusive, deceptive, or sexually exploitative content
- attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or normal operation of the app
- copy, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the service or public EFlash content beyond the rights we expressly grant
- perform mass, simultaneous, automated, or otherwise abusive restorations, or attempt to bypass access or restoration conditions
4. Your content and responsibilities
You remain solely responsible for the images, stickers, text, names, metadata, and other content that you import, edit, create, save, or export through the app.
You must have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to use that content. We do not verify ownership of user-imported assets for you.
5. Public EFlash content and intellectual property
The app, its branding, its design, and public EFlash sticker packs and related content that we make available remain owned by EFLASH SOLUTION or its licensors.
Except where we clearly say otherwise, public EFlash content is provided to you only for use within the normal supported experience of the app and compatible messaging exports. These terms do not transfer ownership of our content or intellectual property to you.
Paying for a digital pack gives you the right to use that pack as described in these terms and the Terms of Sale; it does not make you the owner of the underlying intellectual property.
6. Third-party services and exports
EFlash Sticker may interact with third-party services such as Google services, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other compatible services that may be supported from time to time. Those services are separate from EFlash and remain governed by their own terms, privacy practices, and technical availability.
When you explicitly export content from EFlash Sticker to a third-party service, use the sticker IME, or share from the Android floating window, that handoff happens because of your direct action. EFlash grants the receiving app temporary access to the selected local file when Android requires it.
A copy already inserted, shared, downloaded, or retained by a third-party app may remain outside EFlash. We cannot remotely retrieve or delete that external copy, even if the EFlash entitlement is later revoked.
7. Ads, digital purchases, availability, and changes
The app may display advertising. By using the app, you acknowledge that some parts of the service may be supported by ads.
One-time digital pack purchases are processed through Google Play. A validated purchase creates an entitlement linked to the EFlash account used for the transaction and may be restored to its private catalog. An entitlement may be withdrawn after a cancellation, refund, voided purchase, or other revocation confirmed by Google Play.
EFlash does not voluntarily refund digital content after delivery, subject always to mandatory rights in your country and decisions made by Google Play. Purchase terms, including the advance framework for any subscription that may be offered in the future, are available in the Terms of Sale. No EFlash subscription is offered as of the date of these terms.
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe that you violated these terms, platform rules, applicable law, or the security of the service.
If account activity appears abnormal and suggests sharing, fraud, or circumvention, we may temporarily limit restorations or suspend access while we request reasonable verification. If abuse is confirmed or repeated, we may terminate the account and withdraw access to associated EFlash entitlements, subject to mandatory rights and law applicable to you.
Suspension of the service does not create a right to use a pack whose purchase was refunded, cancelled, voided, or otherwise revoked. Packs already exported to third-party services remain subject to the limits described in section 6.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EFLASH SOLUTION and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.
11. Account deletion and privacy
If you use an app account, you may request deletion through the app where available or through the published account deletion procedure at:
https://eflashstickers.web.app/account-deletion
Deleting the EFlash account removes the EFlash entitlements linked to it and ends the ability to restore those packs through that account. It does not delete Google Play's separate purchase history or produce an automatic refund. If an EFlash subscription is offered in the future, deleting the EFlash account will not cancel it; cancellation must be completed separately in Google Play.
